The Packing House – Marketing Makeover Packs In New Tenants

For the first time in its 30-year history, Gastown Investment 21 had to create a client waiting list for its flagship building, The Packing House, after McMillan (and McNamara, while working at McMillan) revamped the company’s brand messaging and website. This makeover was capped off by a unique direct response campaign—consisting of mailers, print ads and banner ads.

Gastown Investment 21 is the owner and operator of The Packing House at 21 Water Street, a six-storey heritage building featuring 83,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space located in the heart of Vancouver’s historic Gastown.
